Laxey Glen Sounds in Nature

This unique experience, set either in the gardens or the tipi at The Laxey Glen (depending on the weather!), creates an auditory journey that transports you to the heart of nature, providing a peaceful retreat from the stresses of modern life. This event is part of Amy's Biosphere Artist Residency with Manx Wildlife Trust, supported by the Isle of Man Arts Council- connecting people to nature through sound.

Whether you’re looking to de-stress, find inspiration, or simply take a moment to yourself, our sound bath sessions offer the perfect retreat.

The morning will start with a little breathing practice and a few stretches before everyone settles down to listen to the sounds of nature, gong, crystal bowls and kochi chimes. 

We will have tables reserved for us in the beautiful Laxey Glen cafe where you can enjoy a hot drink and breakfast after the session (not included in ticket price)

PLEASE NOTE: Sound Baths are not suitable in the first trimester of pregnancy, if you experience serious mental health conditions, and they are also not recommended for those who experience seizures or epilepsy. 

OUTDOOR EVENTS: Due to the nature of outdoor events and the tendency of the Manx skies to change at the last minute (!), dates are subject to change. We will give you as much notice as possible and your ticket is fully transferable to any other Soundology event. As we are a small business, and a lot of love, energy (and cost!) goes into preparing each session, last-minute rescheduling by Soundology will not be refundable but fully transferrable.
