Manx Wildlife Trust Summer Raffle – Terms & Conditions

  1. Manx Wildlife Trust Summer Raffle is organised by Manx Wildlife Trust ("the Promoter").
  2. The raffle is open to anyone aged 18 years or over.
  3. Entries close at 11:59 pm on Monday 10 August 2026. Entries received after the closing date will not be included in the draw.
  4. The prize draw will take place on Tuesday 11 August 2026. Winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries received before the closing date.
  5. The prizes are as advertised. Prizes are non-transferable and no cash alternative will be offered. Manx Wildlife Trust reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if circumstances beyond its control make this necessary.
  6. Winners will be contacted using the contact details provided when purchasing their raffle ticket. If a winner cannot be contacted or does not claim their prize within 28 days of the first notification, Manx Wildlife Trust reserves the right to award the prize to another eligible entrant.
  7. Manx Wildlife Trust accepts no responsibility for entries that are lost, delayed, incomplete or not received for any reason.
  8. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, amend or suspend the raffle where necessary due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
  9. The decision of Manx Wildlife Trust regarding any aspect of the raffle is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
  10. Personal information supplied when entering the raffle will only be used for administering the raffle, contacting winners and, where you have given your consent, keeping you informed about the work and activities of Manx Wildlife Trust. Your information will not be shared with third parties except where necessary to administer the raffle or where required by law.
  11. By entering the raffle, winners agree to the use of their name and/or photograph for reasonable publicity purposes relating to the raffle, unless they request otherwise.
  12. By entering the raffle, participants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
  13. Any questions regarding the raffle or these Terms and Conditions should be directed to Manx Wildlife Trust.
  14. Manx Wildlife Trust complies with applicable Isle of Man data protection legislation. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting the Trust.
  15. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Isle of Man.
