Laa Feie Manninagh (Manx Wild Day)

Laa Feie Manninagh (Manx Wild Day) is a new education partnership between Manx Wildlife Trust and The Outdoor Learning Centre that entitles every Year 5 pupil on the Isle of Man a full day of hands-on outdoor education. 

Through activities exploring local wildlife, teamwork, and practical outdoor skills, children learn about the Island’s natural environment while building confidence, curiosity and resilience. The programme ensures equal access to nature-based learning for all pupils, inspiring the next generation to care for the world around them and strengthening the Island’s connection to its unique UNESCO Biosphere landscape.

All primary schools will be contacted by The Outdoor Learning Centre to book in their Year 5 classes each academic year. If you have any questions about this education offering, please contact olc@gov.im
