It was a privilege to work with Neil over the years. He will be greatly missed and fondly remembered.

​Neil was a wonderful colleague with the kindest heart. He always made me feel so welcome whenever I visited the island, and I’m going to truly miss our catch-ups—especially the ones that completely drifted away from work onto random subjects.

Neil was a very kind and thoughtful member of our family. He was very kind to us when we came to the IOM with a great sense of humour and a lovely smile.

Neil was a lovely, special family member who will be missed a lot.
