MWT Health and Safety Policy and Codes of Practice
At Manx Wildlife Trust, the safety and wellbeing of our staff, volunteers, partners and visitors is a priority. We work across a wide range of environments - from offices and shops to nature reserves, events and fieldwork - and our Health and Safety Policy, Guidelines and Handbook are designed to support safe working across all of these.
Our guidance sets out clear, practical expectations to help everyone understand how to work safely, manage risks and look out for one another. It applies to everyone working with MWT, including staff, volunteers, contractors and those taking part in our activities.
