KS1/2 Under the Sea

Overview: Learn about the marine life around the IOM and how our actions can impact them in positive and negative ways.

UK Curriculum Link: Positive and negative impacts of humans on environments. Grouping and classifying living things.

Indoor Session: Using a water tank and models of marine life we will learn hands on about what lives in Manx waters and how plastics in our oceans can impact them.
We will then learn to identify key features of marine animals by making them out of modelling clay!

Outdoor Session: Come rock pooling with us to discover what lives on our shores.
