Help communities restore nature across the Isle of Man.

Manx Wildlife Trust (MWT) is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Wilder Communities Officer to help deliver community-led nature recovery across the Island.

This exciting role will support local communities, volunteers, schools, landowners and partner organisations to create, manage and monitor habitats that contribute to a thriving Nature Recovery Network. Combining practical conservation, ecology, horticulture and community engagement, you'll empower people to take action for wildlife through projects ranging from wildlife-friendly gardening and community growing to habitat restoration, citizen science and volunteer stewardship.

You'll play a key role in developing MWT's flagship Close Corvalley Community Garden, supporting Community Reserves, delivering training and events, and helping communities lead their own nature recovery initiatives using The Wildlife Trusts' #TeamWilder approach.
