Join Jenette Krejci, Manx Wildlife Trust's Woodland Engagement Officer, to discover more about MWT Hairpin Woodland Park, a wildlife, woodland and community project that has been many years in the making and will continue to develop for years to come.

Find out more about the wildlife and habitats already found at the site, as well as plans to encourage even greater biodiversity in the future.

Manx Wildlife Trust is also actively working to restore temperate rainforest across the Island, planting thousands of trees, including at Hairpin Woodland Park. Trees play an important role in storing carbon, supporting biodiversity and helping to mitigate the impacts of our changing climate.

But the project is about more than wildlife and woodland. Hairpin Woodland Park is also being developed as a place for education, recreation and community involvement. Jenette will share MWT’s plans for the future of the site and highlight ways you can get involved.
