About the event
This is a chance to see what citizen science can achieve and how important data is to understand the state and the changes in our environment, through fun-for-all activities!
The Big Blue Bag has been developed by TV presenter Monty Halls to provide 4 easy experiments that feed a database for marine conservation. Join Tiph, MWT Education Officer, to learn about marine conservation with hands-on activities mixing a bird survey, micro-plastic study, sea temperature and coastal debris!

🎂 Age suitability suggestion: 4-12 years old
💷 A small booking fee helps with commitment and running costs:
Members: £2.50 per child
General admission: £7.50 per child
👨👩👧👦 We ask for one parent/carer per child or family group to stay and support during the session. The accompanying adult does not need a ticket
🥾Please wear suitable outdoor footwear and clothing

This event is part of MWT's Wildlife Watch Group. Wildlife Watch events are usually held once a month during the school year, and twice a week during the Summer holidays, and are usually open to ages 4-12 years.
