About the event

Join us to explore the wetlands of the Dhoor in search of Orange-tip butterflies and freshwater leeches!

Orange-tips can be found in damp habitats from April to July, with males recognised by their bright orange wing tips. We’ll also be dipping into wet areas to look for fascinating freshwater leeches, which move with their distinctive looping motion using suckers.
