Rosie's Interns
Rosie’s Interns is Manx Wildlife Trust’s flagship conservation internship programme, launched in 2026 to help grow the next generation of nature professionals. Each year, four interns live and work in the Isle of Man, gaining hands‑on experience across our land, sea and community projects while contributing directly to nature recovery across the Island.
Based in Peel at our amazing intern accommodation, Thie Vunn, the programme is open to passionate conservationists from the Isle of Man, the UK, Crown Dependencies, UK Overseas Territories and beyond. Interns receive structured training, real‑world field experience, and the opportunity to work within a UNESCO Biosphere Reserve alongside our conservation and engagement teams.
